Superstar Account Director

Bubble is a 20 year young PR, Marketing and Events Agency in the media and entertainment world. We are searching for a superstar Account Director to join our growing global company that is based in Rathbone Place, London.

Candidate specifics: 

ADs are the face of Bubble Agency to the clients and the outer industry. They are 100% accountable for the successful delivery of the client PR/marketing programme including the achievement of outstanding ‘trophy’ coverage.

Our new AD must:

• Have experience of being an Account Director at an agency for a minimum of two years
• Experience in managing people as direct reports
• A strong industry network and contacts with senior journalists and members of the press
• Proven track record of successfully implemented PR campaigns for a range of clients
• Polished presenter and adept at explaining PR terms and outcomes to senior players
• Commercial acumen and experience of developing new business
• Driven, ambitious and willing to contribute to the business
• Understand the difference between B2B and B2C PR
• Have good energy positive, can-do attitude

AD's should be the bastions of quality control; ensure plans are agreed three months in advance and drive teams to meet and exceed client expectations; grow accounts by selling additional projects; pull in the big ticket coverage by maintaining high-level media contacts; plan and achieve a monthly surprise for the client and lead and be involved in all media pitches and sell-ins.
