Account Director - Great Global Brands

Based in Soho this fully integrated, independent, international PR agency is seeking an Account Director.  Founded in 2003, they already have offices in the UK, USA and South America and have a wonderful mix of well loved UK and global clients, from luxury travel, consumer, consumer tech and lifestyle. They have a very supportive culture, promoting a healthy work-life balance with work from home options and don't believe in over-loading consultants with lots of clients.

They want their consultants to focus their time on just a few accounts, thereby retaining both the clients and also the team.  This approach has reaped huge benefits for their clients - a minimum 500% return on investment across all clients in terms of media coverage or social interactions - and the team enjoys an extremely low staff turnover, making them one of the strongest agencies out there.

They are seeking a very experienced Senior Account Manager looking to move up to Account Director level or an existing Account Director looking for a new challenge.  You'll need to have experience in the consumer and/or lifestyle sector and you'll be working across three main clients ranging from high-end luxury travel to consumer and consumer tech meaning that you'll gain a nice variety of experience and no two days will be the same! 

Required Skills

• Oversee the running of the team
• Provide strategic support to Head of division
• Proactively building and implementing a strategy for clients
• Provide counsel to clients
• Manage global and UK campaigns
• Providing internal and external counsel
• Mentor junior team members
• Have input in the direction and growth of the agency
• Be part of the new business pitch
