Account Manager

My client is a leading creative comms agency that have an integrated approach to their work as well traditional press office work.  They have a super smart and extremely strong senior management team, both operational and creatively and are looking for an Account Manager to join one of their well-oiled teams!  

The agency always looks for inquisitive and smart people to join their team, but above all, eager and willingness to learn approach, is essential.  Personality is equally key, as their team culture is very important to them.  The agency is approx. 80 people, so a few teams within, which have of course both large and smaller clients.  This particular hire incorporates both types of clients:

 A heritagedestination account, which the agency works on several campaigns throughout the year, working across everything from a consumers connection to destinations, to celebrating the locations and what impact they can have on the mental health of a consumer. Everything on this account is 100% integrated, working closely with the clients social, content, insights, podcast and media teams to bring everything to life in a big way. The account is the perfect balance between creativity and insight, and offers the chance to work with lots of  brilliant minds in the industry on award-winning campaigns.

The second client is an iconic global entertainment brand who are a mix of product, film and TV, adventure parks and retail. There is a lot of influencer work which always requires steering the client to obtain maximum opportunities. This is a massive account, therefore requires huge organisation.

This hire would suit a generalist PR that loves to be challenged, who loves autonomy, who gets excited about working with different people and tpes of clients on a daily basis.  This is a great role for an eager Senior Account Executive looking for a step up, or a solid Account Manager looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work on some great, large named brands.  The agency takes their staff retention very seriously and works hard to ensure all staff are happy and content and progressing as they should with great training programmes and benefits.  Get in touch please!
