(Deputy) Managing Director - Integrated B2B Agency (Surrey-based)

About the company

A well-established integrated PR and communications agency based in Surrey with a specialist B2B client base and international scope.

With a client retention rate of over 75% and excellent staff retention to match, you would benefit from joining a happy, motivated and successful team that deliver top quality work across their key disciplines.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading the agency team on a daily basis

  • Maintaining long-standing client relationships

  • Supporting the founders of the business with achieving business goals and managing the P&L

  • Attend new business meetings and networking opportunities

  • Contribute valuable input to Board Meetings and report back on agency progress

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant B2B agency-side experience in a similar board-level role

  • A strong background in B2B communications 

  • Experience heading up an agency team

  • Impressive client handling skills and new business acumen

  • Plenty of gravitas, passion and humour to join a friendly, tight-knit team

 

In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £120,000 depending on experience plus:
