The Company

An integrated communications agency specialising in all things financial services, with a prestigious client list including some of the largest names in banking such as Barclays and HSBC, to innovative fintechs and digital platforms such as Twitter. One of the reasons behind their success in winning such an incredible client list is the integrated nature of the work they do: everything from strategy, messaging and value proposition work; to media relations; paid and organic social and digital and marketing, from brand development to creative.

They launched with a bang in London (originally being founded in the US) 3 years ago and since then have scooped a ton of newcomer awards. Doubling in size each year, the firm is growing rapidly. Current headcount is around 10 and they have ambitious plans to keep scaling, growing and diversifying.

The Role – Account Director

We’re looking for someone at SAM or AD level with a track record in working on financial services accounts. Integrated experience is ideal, with some knowledge of content/social media (paid and organic), with the desire to learn more. An entrepreneurial and ambitious attitude is also key! As it’s a small team, cultural fit is important and each hire is carefully considered – they are a great bunch who genuinely get on and love working together.
