Job Details

We are looking for an experienced AD/ SAD, to lead strategic communications and reputation management for several clients – influential names across the property sector, as well as delivering communications programmes for regeneration projects. You will form part of the senior management team, which oversees key elements of business strategy, driving new business, nurturing, and developing the talent pool and promoting the business in the industry.

Our client list spans the breadth and depth of the UK and European real estate industry, from institutional investors and developers to property consultants and professional services. We advise on maintaining, protecting, and enhancing reputations, whether a clients’ own corporate profile or that of individual assets, portfolios, and funds – across offices/commercial, retail, residential sectors.

Our service lines include strategic communications, reputation management, marketing consultancy and media relations, as well as stakeholder engagement and political communications for individual assets throughout the planning lifecycle.

·         Relevant experience would include

  • Profile raising, reputation management and corporate communications in commercial real estate, including fund/asset management or investment
  • Communications and marketing programmes for regeneration and redevelopment projects

·         Experience of managing teams and talent development

·         A real drive and enthusiasm for new business

·         Great media relations skills and understanding of the news agenda
