The Financial Services Practice of one of the UK’s most successful agencies, part of a dynamic and creative group, is keen to hire a Director or Number Two, to take on a key role in leading and growing the division. Working with a highly talented, high energy Practice MD, the role will involve leading the team across a set of significant clients within the consumer finance, wealth and asset management, insurance and fintech sectors and also to help respond to a strong pipeline of new business with innovative campaigns that ensure the continued growth of the practice.
You’ll be comfortable as senior counsel and client adviser, but more important will be your belief in the importance of delivering memorable campaigns that ‘live longer in the mind’, combining clever data with creative influencer relations, very often pan-European. And you should love the people piece, ideally having proven experience of leading teams and inspiring great work. As part of a creative group, integration is at the heart of the business, so you’ll get to work with colleagues across public affairs, capital markets and brand communications, as well as research, creative and design.
It’s a brilliant role for those of you who find yourself stuck either at SAD/Associate or Director level, knowing that you’re commercially astute and ready to take on a meaningful leadership mandate within a well-established and highly respected practice.
