PR Account Manager – Consumer

Based in central London, this multi-award winning agency who are growing quickly with a great team, are currently looking for a PR Account Manager for an immediate start. Initial contract – 4-6 weeks with a view to extend.
You will have unrivalled consumer PR experience and a real passion for consumer, displaying a strong understanding of both traditional and digital platforms. Candidates will need to be well connected with good national and consumer lifestyle press contacts. Candidates should also enjoy creating engaging content and be social media savvy. You should also be commercially astute and creative; with the ability to manage multiple work streams while delivering excellent client service.
Candidate attributes:
- Experienced at delivering strong media-relations and results-focused campaigns
- Good black book of media contacts at nationals and consumer lifestyle publications
- Experience and understanding of integrated campaigns
- Strong writing skills and understanding of what makes a story
- Good team player – always rolling up sleeves and getting stuck in
- Good attention to detail – manages time well and delivers to deadlines
- Ability to develop strong client relationships
- Ability to mentor and inspire juniors
