We are seeking to appoint a Faculty Head of Communications and Marketing. This is a strategically critical and exciting role providing leadership to ensure that our communications and marketing activity is engaging and innovative, delivering the objectives of the Faculty and the University to support a world class environment for research, teaching and learning.  Reporting to the Director of Faculty Operations, you will work in partnership with all members of the Faculty Leadership Team and with staff across the Schools. You will provide leadership and line management of all staff across Student Recruitment and Marketing, Web and Digital Content, Internal Communications and Engagement, and Social Responsibility and business partner with the wider Communications and Marketing community across the University.

As Head of Communications and Marketing, you will be an experienced leader with a track record of leading a range of communications and/or marketing services in a complex organisation.  You will be well-versed in supporting change management and have the ability and gravitas to lead and develop a high-performing team. You will possess a strong commitment to providing outstanding service through an innovative and dynamic approach.
