Associate Director

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented, creative and strategic Associate Director, with global and UK experience to take on a pivotal role in our team. You should have excellent client service and campaign management skills, be a true creative strategist and be excited to develop a broad and deep understanding of your clients’ business. 

The ideal candidate will be someone who has delivered creative planning and strategy for global consumer brands, as well as creating local executions that reflect and shape culture.

Work will be inspiring, varied and challenging and include: 

• Working with one of the world’s best sports brands

• Management of senior client relationships
• Driving creativity, pace and strategic thinking
• Creating engaging assets and content for global and local storytelling 
• Market liaison 
• Writing strategic brand plans
• Using data and insight to drive effective storytelling

• Co-ordinating global and local events

RESPONSIBILITIES + ATTRIBUTES

• Creative and strategic thinker
• Proven track record in leading high-level, high-impact, integrated consumer communications campaigns, gained through experience of working with big brands
• Strong client handling and leadership skills; from design to delivery of campaigns/projects
• Proficient in preparing and managing large budgets
• A team player with the ability to lead a group of high performers. Able to earn the respect of the team as well as motivate and develop
• Big-picture thinker with excellent attention to detail, particularly under pressure
• Global communications experience is a prerequisite for this role
