Consumer PR Account Director - 2021 Maternity Cover

This agency, full to the brim with positive campaigners, is looking for a consumer PR Account Director to cover a maternity leave, kicking off in January and running for 9-12 months TBC. This team come highly commended for their work over lockdown, managing to bring in a host of new projects and also maintaining positive morale among colleagues.

The work is creative and almost always has a cause focus, for example, they might partner a large brand with Pride, or raise awareness of challenges facing the Arts. They’ve also, not long ago, announced a huge retail collaboration.

As an AD you will always be supported by a robust team and will take the lead on:

• Turning briefs into strategies
• Ensuring your clients are in the loop and consulted on development and new ideas
• Helping the business directors with new business.

You will have a strong consumer background but also have an appreciation for corporate/b2b and will have had exposure to clients in the private and public sector. Alongside that you will have a passion for social purpose and be keen to help drive forwards your clients missions.

Having placed a good few people in the business I can categorically say this is a progressive, thoughtful and nurturing business that people rarely leave.
