Associate Director / Director

You will be responsible for making a significant contribution to the company’s reputation, profitable growth and retention of clients. Responsibilities:

• Creating and driving multi-audience, multi-channel campaigns

• Establishing long-term senior level client relationships by offering valued, high-level strategic counsel

• Creating campaigns that get heard, and overheard, in a way that audiences don’t just listen to, but remember and act upon

• Advising on a 12-month plus forward view of the client’s needs/issues and opportunities

• Encouraging, inspiring and motivating teams through mentoring and coaching to provide strong career development

• To drive growth and new revenue from existing clients and through new business lead generation/winning new briefs

• Building long-term relationships with clients
