About The Agency
This B2B PR agency has a particular focus on technology, science and engineering. The agency was founded four years ago, with 2019 becoming a defining year for them, when they came up with their own 3 phase process for comms strategy, involving audience evaluation, auditing and workshops, providing a unique formula for all clients moving forwards. This year, despite COVID, they've won 11 new clients since March alone and have a healthy new business pipeline.
The current team is small, however with their recent client growth they are hiring for two new team members and they’re on track to double the business by the end of next year, so this is a really exciting time for them.
The Account Director role
They’re looking for two Account Directors with B2B PR experience that they can rely on to lead accounts relatively autonomously. They’re not micro-managers and they like to hire people they can give responsibility and autonomy to. Responsibilities would include being the main point of contact for clients, working with one of the co-founders to develop and shape client strategy (using their three step process) and then managing and implementing the comms plans from start to finish. You’ll need to be happy to roll up your sleeves and get hands on, but equally be comfortable providing client counsel at C Suite level.
Their office is in London. However they're happy for candidates to work remotely and flexibility – as long as the job gets done, they don’t mind where you do it from!
Salary is up to £48k, depending on experience.
