The Senior Account Director role
This is a newly created role, due to growth and a change in agency structure. They have decided to split the agency into two teams, and this person will be responsible for heading up one of these teams. You will be expected to lead these accounts within your team from a senior strategy / client services perspective and inspire, motivate and oversee the juniors in the team, including an Account Director.
One of the key clients in the team is a whisky brand, for whom the team work across a global press office, a social enterprise venture, global talent / influencer work, and their sustainability offering. You'll also be working on a soft drink on their global consumer PR strategy and activation, and a very well known snack brand on their new product launches in the UK.
The role would suit someone who is great at strategy and planning, and well as being able to lead teams and manage financials (e.g. budgeting, P&L etc.). You'll have worked at a senior level on consumer PR, both global and UK, across a variety of industries, and have agency-side experience.
