One of the top agencies outside of London is seeking a talented B2B PR Account Director to join its growing midlands-based team.

Not only has this agency won numerous awards, but it's a truly people centric business with a flat structure and lots of opportunity for personal and professional development. 

The client base is varied with work spanning the government, property, professional services and finance sectors to name a few. This person would have the opportunity to lead on one of the agency's most notable clients, whilst mentoring and developing a team of juniors, as part of the Senior Leadership team.

Early on in its journey (less than 6 years old), you will have the opportunity to shape and influence the direction of the business and its future growth, with lots of excellent benefits including a huge amount of trust and autonomy, remote working up to two days per week and a performance-related bonus.

If you are currently working as a Senior Account Manager / Account Director or equivalent in-house (with some agency experience too) and are located within a commutable distance of Birmingham, we would love to hear from you.
