NEW PR Senior Account Director / Associate Director role with award-winning, creative communications agency. 

Due to rapid growth and constantly winning new business, our client is looking for a talented senior PR professional to join the team and help drive the agency forward. 

They need someone who is ambitious and ready to come in and hit the ground running. You should love a challenge and be at that point in your career when you're ready for something new.

Our client is a well-known, highly creative PR agency in London. They work with high-profile brands spanning various sectors including Food, Alcohol, FMCG and more.

The main accounts you will be managing will be predominately within the food & drink/alcohol sectors. 

ROLE OVERVIEW: 

  • Overseeing a team of 5+ ranging from AE's to SAM/AD's. 
  • Oversee all workstreams being carried and providing senior support and counsel when required.
  • Lead point of contact across all senior clients.
  • Management of team resource and capacity.
  • Support on team performance and salary reviews and promotions.
  • Management of team profit and loss.
  • Driving organic growth with current client roster.
  • Supporting proactive new business outreach.
