The Agency

This well-established, independent agency is a top 50 UK PR Agency with around 80 people across four offices. They're regularly recognised as being a great place to work, having being included in not just PR-specific lists, but wider national business lists. Most recently they won an award for their training and development in recognition of their industry-leading approach to learning and development, and the inclusion of wellbeing and mental health initiatives in their programme.

They work with a broad range of clients, from multiple industry sectors including retail, FMCG, finance, travel and energy, and are fortunate to represent large, household name brands. 

 

The Senior Account Manager / Account Director role

The consumer team is currently 30 people-strong and growing quickly. Due to recent new business wins, they're looking to add either a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to their London office. Your client portfolio would be varied, including at least two personal finance brands (think exciting challenger banks and innovative savings providers), and could also include clients in property, travel, retail and F&B. 

As this is a growth role, the level is flexible, but they're looking for someone that's either an established Account Manager looking to step up, a Senior Account Manager or an Account Director. Some experience of working on a consumer finance client is essential - you should know the relevant consumer journalists in the personal finance space and be able to bring to life campaigns in that sector. 

Culture is really important at this agency - they're looking for collaborative, inclusive, friendly people, that want to join an informal, relaxed agency that's not at all corporate. Arrogance and big egos do not go down well here!

 

Salary

The Senior Account Manager / Account Director will be paid between £38k and £48k, depending on experience and will also receive:
