This entrepreneurial, integrated agency has numerous award wins to its name and a big budget client portfolio to match. With offices across the UK and a growing London team, this agency has a real focus on putting their people first – they’re very big on culture and supporting the team. All of their offices work closely together to provide creative, integrated solutions, covering comms, design, content creation, channel planning, and more. They're also part of a wider marketing group, giving them access to other creative and strategic minds.  

 

The Account Director role

The agency has recently won a new online retailer that's huge in Europe. They're a great client – very open to big, creative ideas and with big budgets to match; They're the lead agency across 17 markets in Europe, so this person will have a global role, rather than a UK focus, leading on strategy, creative ideas and content, and overseeing local agencies’ implementation. There’s also going to be a big focus on purpose driven strategy over the next year.

The new AD will work purely on this one retailer. However, whilst you’d be focusing on one client, there’s multiple different projects on the go with them at once, so there’s still lots of variety. 

Ideally they're looking for someone with big, consumer brand experience, at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level, that’s worked on culturally-relevant campaigns on a global scale.
