They have enough work to accommodate an additional Account Manager, Account Director and Associate Director. Your background might be in consultancy, but you might also want to make the move from an inhouse role or jump out of the not-for-profit sector.
You’ll get to work on purpose-led campaigns impacted by broader societal agendas. Working on strategic, integrated digital communications programmes — devising campaigns, creating compelling digital content, understanding audiences, assessing data and insights — will be second nature to you. You may be fluent in digital execution and paid social but, equally, you may be more focused on strategy and keen to expand your learning to include more executional elements. In all cases, you’ll be commercially astute.
