Account Director Role - B2B (design) - £48-50K, flexible working (post Covid), company contributed pension scheme, supportive team, varied client roster, your chance to be part of the senior management and have your ideas heard, strategic role and lots of opportunities to grow and bring in your own team. 

Based in central London, this fun and friendly agency is the PR and marketing partner to the world's most exciting design agencies who deliver services to a wide range of sectors from FMCG to property, retail, professional services, leisure, travel, financial services, and public sector.

What they need is an Account Director, who has excellent b2b credentials (any sector considered) who can lead on campaigns and mentor junior team members, and can be part of this growing agency and an integral part of the management team. They are currently HQ'd in Brighton with a team circa 22 and now looking to open (when back to normal) a London base and you will be part of growing this new team. They work with the globes most exciting and creative design agencies. 

The role

  • Directing client campaigns – developing and proposing plans as well as ensuring everyone is inspired to keep aligned with those plans
  • Leading and mentoring a team of PR consultants, recruiting, training and coaching, 
  • Contributing to agency leadership – as part of their management team you will be part of the team setting the direction and driving their development  
  • As a senior company leader, you will also be part of the new business pitching team.

About You

You will have spent many years working in PR, ideally B2B (any sector) agency-side, and you’ll be looking for a new challenge.  You will understand what it takes to make PR campaigns work and will be able to confidently guide clients, through the complexities and subtleties of a campaign. And you’ll be an inspiring team leader and mentor.  You will have the ability to drive strategic media relation & creative PR campaigns.

What they will offer

The salary range is dependent on experience but is expected to be between £48-£50k. They are all working from home but will offer flexibility once back to the office. Your chance to work with a great team of PR professionals.
