This leading mid-sized consultancy, specialising in corporate communications, is doing things differently. Their purpose is to work with businesses that are innovative, forward thinking, and future changing. The team of 50 people take their work seriously but not themselves. They enjoy working collaboratively together as well as socialising together, and whilst there's structure, there's not the hierarchy that often comes with huge teams. Senior Account Manager - Energy PR

The agency's energy division is small, but growing quickly, and very well respected. With an expertise in clean and renewable energy, they work with clients that are committed to making a change and offer both corporate communications and public affairs expertise. The new Senior Account Manager is an investment hire due to growth and new business, meaning the role can be shaped around the right candidate. You'll be responsible for managing client accounts day to day, developing strategy and plans, overseeing junior team members and assisting with new business pitches.

The ideal new Senior Account Manager will:

  • Currently work at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level in a UK PR agency
  • Have a good understanding of the energy industry, particularly clean and renewable energy, having worked on clients in this space
  • Not be afraid to speak their mind and give their opinion
  • Take their work seriously, but not take themselves too seriously!

The new Senior Account Manager will receive a basic salary of circa £38k to £45k, plus:
