A Senior PR Account Manager is needed to join one of the UK’s largest and most successful integrated marketing communications agencies near Manchester. Expect to become a vital member of the PR team managing several key B2C clients, you will take the lead on these accounts overseeing PR strategy and all campaign activity.

The role will be working remotely in the short term, but longer term can be primarily based in their Prestbury or Manchester office. Some frequent travel to the Prestbury campus will be required.

Joining as the Senior PR Account Manager you will work across several large clients acting as their main point of contact for their PR activities. Whether you are building relationships with the client and key media contacts (national press, lifestyle and broadcast); selling stories to ensure high levels of exposure; producing well written & relevant press releases; devising effective PR strategies; presenting ideas to clients or gaining client buy in, it will be your exceptional writing skills that ensures maximum exposure and interest in your client. 

To qualify… You should be a PR Account Manager / Public Relations Account Manager / Client Communications Manager / PR Consultant / PR Campaign Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates: 

• Previous B2C PR experience gained within an agency environment is essential.
• Media Relations experience working with national press and broadcast partners.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Highly developed organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience leading and mentoring others.
