Our client is an independent PR agency in the technology and automotive space.  They are going from strength to strength and need to pull together the most amazing team.  The agency has clients on board and plenty more due to come in in the next few weeks, and they need an Associate Director to come and help drive this forward.  They're also looking to hire an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager to get a talented team in place to support the Associate Director.

You will be from an agency background, ideally with B2B and B2C tech experience. If you have some automotive experience that would be a real plus.  An interest in the future of motoring is perfect ...  electric, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, hydrogen fuel.

You will already be an established PR with great skills across the board.  You will be a supreme client handler and able to on-board new clients with ease.  

Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Key Responsibilities

     

              Strategic counsel for clients

     

              Manage multiple, simultaneous projects

     

              Day-to-day delivery and smooth running of accounts

     

              Drive the highest levels of client satisfaction

     

              Closely manage budgets and resources

     

              Accountable to director 

     

              Manage and develop a team 

     

    Key Skills

     

              Ability to counsel, challenge and influence senior clients

     

                Experience of managing activities across multiple European/global regions

     

              Media & stakeholder relations expert

     

              Capacity to manage client teams day-to-day

     

              Ability to motivate and inspire teams

     

              Attention to detail

     

              Creativity and ability to generate new ideas

     

              Excellent media relations skills

     

              Strong writing skills

     

              Good client interface and reporting skills

     

              Natural new business presenter

     

              Ability to influence people and win confidence

     

              Ability to manage time and input across multiple clients

     

Although a new client for us, they are amazing.  There's a Soho based head office, but there's flexibility to work from home for everyone.  Some office time will be needed as the team grows and develops for you to mentor and empower your team.  There are no huge new business targets here as the business pipeline is seriously impressive.  Come and talk to us if you want a new challenge!
