Coverdale Barclay is a dynamic communications agency, specialising in changing perceptions through PR and marketing of districts and destinations undergoing a change, e.g. town centre regeneration, transformation of shopping and leisure destinations and neighbourhood repositioning, and companies that work in this space. Our clients include property owners, asset managers, developers, landowners and investors, as well as local authorities.
Reporting to one of the agency’s Directors, the role involves overseeing the efficient running of key placemaking projects, delivering perception-changing and brand-building activities, reputation management, quality press coverage and impactful marketing and social media for our clients. The role involves leading integrated projects, at corporate and asset level, and driving and growing existing business in line with the agency’s growth plans.
The candidate will also play an active role in the agency’s new business strategy, including targeting new business prospects, as well as the development of strategic plans and creative proposals for new business pitches.
