Due to growth, our client is now looking to hire an engaging and energetic Account Director.
You will be joining their passionate, friendly and ambitious team leading the delivery of client projects, managing team members and supporting the senior management team in the development of the business. Their clients span the private, public and third sector.

- Experience in marketing and comms, with experience in developing and executing strategic campaigns
- Have a real passion for campaigns/social change/CSR
- A clear and confident communicator, who can build strong internal and external relationships
- An effective account handler who can motivate and lead account teams
- Experience in people management, regularly providing direct, constructive feedback and encouragement to junior team members
- Be able to support new business pitches
- Be able to think strategically and commercially and manage multiple projects/priorities
