One of the UK's leading arts and culture PR agencies is looking for an Account Manager with social media experience to join its growing team.

This PR agency works with some of the best and brightest creatives in the UK, from the worlds of film, TV, literature, and music. Made up of a team of strategic-thinking publicists, they deliver a mix of B2B and B2C campaigns which include talent management, fundraising, events, media relations, brand management and more. They have a wonderful culture and have been nominated for industry awards based on its development and training programmes, as well as its overall wellbeing initiatives. About the Account Manager role

The Account Manager will play an integral role in providing strategic advice and support to clients on a day-to-day basis. The role will include:

  • Regular media, influencer, talent relations
  • Leading on the implementation and project management of integrated campaigns and monitoring progress from end to end
  • Digital content creation and management across multiple social accounts and platforms
  • Setting social media strategy, monitoring activity and evaluation of results
  • Community management
  • Developing crisis management strategies 
  • Coaching and development of junior staff

The ideal Account Manager MUST have a passion literature, arts and culture will be operating in this area. In addition, they will:

  • Already be working at Account Manager level OR Senior Account Executive level looking for a step up  
  • Be extremely proficient in social media management (open to paid or organic)
  • Have demonstrable experience project managing on integrated PR campaigns which include social media
  • Be a seasoned publicist with a black book of media contacts across nationals and consumer entertainment publications
  • Be a strategic thinker and strong client handler

In return, the Account Manager will receive

  • A salary of up to circa £36,000
  • Generous annual bonus
