The Role
This an important role for the business that will see the successful candidate reporting directly to the UK senior team and leading a growing part of the business. You’ll need to be comfortable operating with minimal oversight to drive business objectives and must be passionate about nurturing long standing client relationships and helping junior staff develop and succeed. The ideal candidate will:
- Need expereince operating at Senior Account or associate Director level within a respected agency
- Need expereince working on B2B focused campaigns – any technology client expereince will be a bonus but it is not a requirement
- Need to have a keen interest in adopting a senior leadership role within an agency as well an interest in this role developing further.
- Ideally have expereince working in a global environment
- Need a strong track record for developing and nurturing junior and mid-level staff
