The opportunity: Social Media Manager
This new position is an exceptional opportunity to build a new social b2c & b2b strategy to engage both customers and industry partners, while acting as a key player in the Marketing team. It will partner senior management, comms, product, marketing and design teams to create and own content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Spotify, Youtube & Facebook. As the social first hire, the role has great potential to mark your mark and step up into a management role as the team grows.
- Develop strategies around brand campaigns and set goals for channel growth, following and engagement
- Partner communications to integrate social into strategic communications campaigns
- Partner design to create a range of assets including images, podcasts, video, panel conversations and Q&As
- Create a social-first annual content calendar
- Analyse and adopt best in class analytical, listening and monitoring tools
