Are you an ambitious Social Media Manager seeking the opportunity to build a social & content strategy for exciting fin-tech scale-up? 

The client: Ambitious Fin-Tech Scale Up 

This rapidly growing fintech has a mission to really democratise equity markets and use technology to flatten the investment landscape to offer retail investors the sort of access historically reserved for top global investors.  They are turning industry heads with an impressive roster of awards and nominations for their innovative technology and approach.  They are seriously ambitious; having grown 6 fold to over a 100 people in the last year.  Their ambitions are very well funded with the last fund raise backed by some serious institutional investors and further commercial agreements with top pan European equity markets means this firm is one to watch. 

The opportunity: Social Media Manager

This new position is an exceptional opportunity to build a new social b2c & b2b strategy to engage both customers and industry partners, while acting as a key player in the Marketing team.  It will partner senior management, comms, product, marketing and design teams to create and own content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Spotify, Youtube & Facebook.  As the social first hire, the role has great potential to mark your mark and step up into a management role as the team grows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategies around brand campaigns and set goals for channel growth, following and engagement
  • Partner communications to integrate social into strategic communications campaigns
  • Partner design to create a range of assets including images, podcasts, video, panel conversations and Q&As
  • Create a social-first annual content calendar
  • Analyse and adopt best in class analytical, listening and monitoring tools
