We’re looking for a Digital Communications Executive for a dynamic and successful healthcare communications agency.  You will report into our new Digital Lead and be part of a small specialist team who work across the Agency’s accounts.  While knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is helpful we are also happy to train and fast-track the right candidate.  The role is perfect for someone looking for a new career path in healthcare digital communications.

The Agency

The Agency employs a diverse team of 50+ including creative thinkers, writers, scientists and digital communications experts.  Our work includes campaigns targeted at consumer and healthcare professionals including medical education, disease awareness and employee engagement initiatives.

The Candidate (Digital Communications Executive))

You should have:

• 3 years of experience in digital and social communications in Agency or in-house
• Familiarity with planning, setting up, and monitoring campaigns on all of the social platform ad managers, inserting tracking as well as understanding of paid social and google display network
• An understanding of the difference between earned, paid, shared and owned media
• Ability  to interpret data reports
• Familiarity with social listening
• An interest in healthcare communications and ability to interpret medical content for consumer audiences

If you have not worked in pharma sector, then you will need to learn fast and be self-motivated and curious.  We are interested to understand the advantages of bringing in someone from a different field and will support with a fast-track L&D programme.
