Change Communications Manager

Financial Services firm requires an experienced Change Communications Consultant to lead and develop individual and coordinated communications plans and advise for multiple projects as it progresses with its transition programme and bedding in new business strategy. This is an initial six month contract advising 10 plus different projects and coordinating comms that are not clashing with wider comms teams messaging. 

Specifically responsible for:

• Coordinating comms approach for each project and align with group activities
• Devising plans, presentations, intranet copy and other content as required
• Measure effectiveness of comms and report back to business

Candidates must have previous change communications experience ideally working within professional services, financial services or corporate business.  And have worked as a contractor / consultant previously.   Some flex working but expect to be in the office 1 - 2 days a week.
