Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director 

Award winning independent PR agency based on the Marylebone High Street, is looking for an established Senior Account Manager or aspiring Junior Account Director, to work across its digital consumer, tech and innovation clients. The agency has doubled in size over the past year, with a 25 strong team and is looking for its next talent to join the team starting this October 2022, with a minimum of four years experience. 

The role will be split across B2C and B2B communications, primarily driving online media coverage but with a strong grasp of traditional channels. The candidate should have proven expertise in running campaigns and some experience in influencer management is desirable. 

The agency works with leading fast growth disruptive businesses, which are often challengers to their sectors, or are introducing new behaviours to the way we work, live and play. The clients are from a broad range of sectors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Driving and implementing media relations campaigns targeting top tier media and multiple markets 
  • Creating and developing media angles and stories and managing content creation and placements like advice articles
  • Developing Ideas and tactics for plans and campaigns
  • Media monitoring, trend and newsjacking
  • Management of Excel to report and project manage multiple agencies
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Overseeing media lists being created using Gorkana
  • Client day-to-day contact and reporting
  • Generating ideas and tactical suggestions for quarterly, annual and project plans
  • Take part in quarterly and annual presentations to Clients
  • Project management skills for PR campaigns and stunts
  • Brainstorming ideas for new business opportunities
  • Experience in sourcing and placing case studies
  • Copywriting for bylines, thought leadership and profile building
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Managing campaign budgets
  • Building relationships with key influencers and journalists on behalf of clients
  • Recognised as having an honest, supportive and productive working relationship with all team members
  • Ensure AEs / AMs are delivering across responsibilities and mentor
