An independent consumer agency known for its award-winning campaigns is looking for a bright Account Manager to join its growing team.
The global agency of record for some of the most iconic FMCG brands in the world, this small-but-mighty team is known for delivering large-scale strategic and creative campaigns for its clients, working collaboratively with international agencies. Most recently, they won an award for best campaign in an FMCG category. From talent management, to content production, influencer and (of course!) media relations - this agency does it all and does well.
The Account Manager who joins this agency will work on a number of impressive FMCG and sports brands. The role will involve:
Managing multiple accounts and projects
Working collaboratively with cross agency teams and guiding where necessary
Producing traditional press materials and media toolkits
Leading on ideas generation in response to client briefs and managing the activity right through to execution
Consistent upwards and downwards management to ensure the account is run effectively and smoothly
The ideal candidate for the Account Manager role will be:
Experienced with working alongside other agencies to plan campaigns
Someone with a passion for sports (experience working in sports in a plus!)
Someone who has worked with FMCG brands
Experienced in internal team management
Already working at Account Manager level ideally from a larger agency
Experienced in developing and managing strategic and creative client plans
Driven - with career goals in mind and the ambition to do what it takes to meet them
The Account Manager gets the following in return:
Salary circa £32k-40k, dependent on experience
23 days holiday plus a day for your birthday and 3 days off between Christmas and New Year
Summer Friday hours
Flexible work from home options
Commission based on any new business you bring to the company
A Christmas bonus given at discretion
Professionally prepared team breakfast on Friday's and cereal and fruit provided every other day.
