As a Senior Communications Manager, you’ll work across the organisation and beyond to help ONR deliver its vision and strategic themes through a range of integrated campaigns. The role

With a proactive and strategic mind, you’ll deliver strategic communications activities to support priorities across the organisation. You’ll help deliver our stakeholder engagement strategy to build on our reputation, broaden our reach, and promote greater accessibility, transparency and two-way engagement. As part of this, you’ll also support the development of our digital engagement channels and help continuously improve our communications service. You will also deliver effective change communications to support our People Strategy and our modernisation programme.

The person

A highly experienced communicator, you’ll have a proactive and strategic mindset. You’ll be experienced in delivering large-scale/high impact campaigns, and managing multiple channels. You’ll have an ability to craft clear, concise copy in Plain English for different audiences and experience in delivering and evaluating digital communications. You will be able to balance multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines, with excellent team working and collaboration skills.
