We have partnered with a well-renowned Higher education provider to support them in finding and experienced and strategically focused CRM Manager to join their Marketing and Insights team.
Reporting into the head of CRM and insight and playing an integral role within the marketing and communications department, your main focus will be on customer experience throughout the customer journey from prospective applicant to alumni with the objective of improving conversion, retention and engagement.
Your new role will allow you to take full ownership over strategic delivery and innovative implement of the salesforce CRM system, spearheading the process and training the wider team to ensure it is executed smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the CRM team and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and promote use of the most effective technology within the Salesforce system, reviewing interfaces and APIs and providing guidance on the correct procedures and processes to follow.
You must have proven CRM management experience and in implementing CRM strategic programmes, ideally within a marketing or sales context. Experience in building and developing CRM infrastructure within Salesforce is essential
An understanding and knowledge of Higher Education and how CRM plays a role in the student journey
Line management experience within a small team is required. You must have demonstrably excellent written and oral communications skills
You must have a minimum of A-levels or have equivalent relevant experience in addition to an undergraduate degree or equivalent.
