PR Account Director

£45-£50k - 5 days a week (but will consider applicants for 3 OR 4 days a week pro rata).  We’re seeking a Account Director or Senior Account Director to join a fabulous agency based in surrey only 30 minutes by train from London mainline stations. They specialise in the luxury lifestyle, property and interiors sector and is headed up by a founder who is extremely well connected and a dream to work with. The culture is supportive, fun and creative.

About You

As an Account Director or Senior Account Director, you will be a creative and strategic thinker, and a real ‘do-er’.  You’ll enjoy being hands on with clients and also your team.  Ideally you will have a background in either property, interiors, luxury and or general consumer sector, but if not, a passion for property and interiors.

The Role

This is a real varied and creative role, so you might be offering commentary from a client based on the latest international news to the property editor of the Financial Times in the morning, and then writing a PowerPoint new business proposal, followed by a briefing note on a forthcoming webinar panel appearance for a CEO in the afternoon.  You will also ideally be adept at designing and delivering campaigns which not only have strong editorial potential but also have integrated digital and social media executions.  Having a broad repertoire of visual and written skills is essential, from press releases to blogs to social media posts.  The team thrives from innovation and enjoys trying out new features on Instagram or LinkedIn. You will also have experience of working in a multi-agency framework – prepared to take the role of lead-agency point of contact for the client, whilst also playing a supporting role for other agency partners.

In return, they offer a base of £45-£50k with flexible working and work from home options, they will consider someone who wants to work just 3 OR 4 days a week, however the salary will be reflected pro rata.  They have a really impressive client list within the property, interiors and luxury sector and the team are growing, so this is a chance to be part of the growth while having an input into the future direction of the agency.
