Are you a natural team leader, passionate about the power of effective communications and engagement to help drive service improvement for our populations, engage staff to build a positive and progressive culture and influence policy to support sustainable system change?

Or are you a senior communications professional, looking to take the next step in your career and increase your experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders, ranging from health and care leaders to industry to frontline NHS clinicians?

At ICHP, two fantastic roles have opened up in our communications and engagement team – Associate Director of Communications and Engagement, and Senior Communications Lead.

About the roles

Our Associate Director of Communications and Engagement is responsible for providing strategic guidance and advice in the development of company strategy and is accountable for supporting its delivery. You will lead a high performing team to deliver a portfolio of work including stakeholder management and engagement, strategic communications campaigns, patient and public involvement, internal communications and staff engagement, media relations, marketing and public affairs.

Our Senior Communications Lead spans both strategic development and operational delivery and the post holder will be able to excel in both. Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications and Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative and effective communications programmes, both client facing and corporate, to support the delivery of a broad range of complex change and innovation programmes across the health and care sector.
