These guys work on retained business meaning they steer things from the front and their strategy really does define the brands they work on.
They are currently looking for a Senior Account Director or Associate Director who can really show-up and sit at the heart of client work, they need someone who can lead client relationships and rather than just take briefs, help to identify the issues and in doing so create creative communications opportunities that may not always have been glaringly obvious. In addition, they are looking for someone who can navigate a crisis and steer their way through it...and out of it.
You’ll have stacks of reputation management experience under your belt and will have the confidence to provide counsel to senior stakeholders often guiding them through uncomfortable territory. You’ll be a firm hand holder and will make it your mission to earn their trust - becoming their most valued counsel.
Insight and knowledge of the consumer brand space will stand you in good stead to be a successful applicant for this career defining role.
