Group Internal Communications Manager

I am looking to recruit an Internal Communications Executive for a luxury retail client. This is the perfect opportunity for an IC Professional looking to progress their career.  

You will report to the Director of Internal Communications, and you will be a part of the Global Group People team.  

Responsibilities:  

• Provide communications support to embed the Vision, Purpose, Values and strategy model across the global organisation 
• Facilitate and support the sharing of information, ideas and best practice across the entire business 
• Provide internal communications counsel and guidance to key stakeholders and other members of the businesses  
• Plan, create and deliver digital and traditional content for the business and tailor the communications to suit  
• Provide oversight and management of key weekly, monthly and quarterly Group forums, helping to shape the agenda, prepare materials and share outputs 
• Develop internal communication strategies and plans to support Group-wide initiatives and launches 
• Develop two-way channels and forums to communicate Group news and information and obtain feedback so we can continuously learn from ourselves
• Research and write stories and articles for inclusion across different channels and platforms, including our new website 
• Compile and report on weekly Communications Reports  
• Manage and oversee the Group LinkedIn page, sharing content and news about the business for the business 

Minimum requirements

• Global internal communications experience 
• Experience communicating to a large and diverse audience 
• Experience leading an internal communications project from start to finish 
• Employee engagement survey experience 
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience 
• Proactive and comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines 
• Personable and approachable 
• Strong networker and experience developing long-lasting relationships
• Workplace by Facebook or Yammer experience essential 
• Experience using adobe, Canva, audio/video editing software experience would be an added advantage
