Fantastic In-House Senior Press Officer opportunity @ leading travel & tourism company!

 

My client, a top tier, award-winning international travel & tourism company have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate comms professional to join their comms team as a Senior Press Officer. The successful candidate is a real media hound who enjoys media hijacking, writing opinion pieces and generating top tier coverage.

 

This is an exciting time to join the business as the pioneers for future travel

 

The Role: Senior Press Officer

 

This role requires just 1 day a week in their office, (20 mins from Kings Cross) for meetings, collaborating and brainstorms. The other 4 days are working from home!

They are looking for someone:

 

  • With ideally 2-4 years comms experience, working across FMCG or travel clients   A fantastic storyteller and can generate creative news hooks.
  • Willing and determined to get stuck in during times of crisis and react to journalist calls. A commercially-minded individual Proactive news generation A fun-loving passionate comms professional who is positive, and naturally smart and high achieving in their approach. Experience of working in a PR agency is essential!
