LSE’s 2030 strategy sets out our commitments to our diverse global community, where our first priority is to Educate for Global Impact. As Communications Change Manager, you will help to manage a transformational cross-LSE change programme, by overseeing project(s) focused on establishing and embedding a new consistent one-school approach to student communications to takes this strategic priority forward.

Leading the development of a creative identity and communications framework, you will facilitate all aspects of programme delivery in this area, from creative development and market testing to internal roll out and training. With responsibility for scoping, project planning, resource management and budget monitoring, you will lead a cross functional team in LSE’s vibrant Communications Division, engaging widely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver agreed outcomes and tangible benefits to the LSE community.

You will have:

  •  A record of success in leading and delivering effective change communications and engagement programmes in decentralised, complex organisations with a large variety of stakeholders on time and within budget
  • The ability to build and influence networks effectively to achieve buy-in, trust and engagement with programme / project objectives from a diverse range of external and internal partners
  • An understanding of brand development, with the ability to oversee excellent and effective communications and collateral across a range of mediums, ensuring alignment to brand guidelines and the highest editorial quality
  • Confidence as a self-motivated and proactive member of staff with a demonstrable experience of leading, directing and inspiring cross functional teams.
