MMGY Hills Balfour is the UK's leading travel, tourism and lifestyle communications and marketing agency and we now have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished PR and communications account director to join our fabulous team. 

Overseeing an exceptional portfolio of clients and working alongside some of the best talent in the industry, you’ll need the confidence and previous experience of developing cutting-edge PR and social content solutions, within a highly successful and creative environment. A super-positive attitude and the capability to provide operational know-how, strategic support, and entrepreneurial nous are all essential requirements for this role.

Ideally a graduate with at least 5 years’ experience of working in PR, you’ll be heading up a small team of enthusiastic people and so previous people management experience is essential. You will already have a bank of media contacts and you will be adept at developing and directing PR and social media campaigns and driving compelling PR strategies and solutions. 

Our PR Account Directors are the go-to experts for providing counsel and support to our enviable portfolio of global clients, as well as across the wider business and so you’ll need to enjoy working - and thriving - in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is motivated, energetic, super-organised and creative, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and take full responsibility for their own workload as well as overseeing a small matrixed team. Flawless execution, an eye for detail, financial efficiencies and an exceptional grasp of the PR landscape are also essential requirements for the role.
