I am working on a fantastic travel PR Senior Account Executive/Junior Account Manager role for an integrated comms agency with a fresh and innovative approach to PR.

The company is known for its award-winning communications and brand work in the worlds of food, drink and travel. And it doesn't just offer PR and Marketing, it is a full-service business offering product packaging and graphic design, experiential activations, brand building, media relations, digital & social strategy, big brand launches and strategic consulting. This Senior Account Executive/ Junior Account Manager will sit in the PR arm of the business which has strong credentials within the travel & hospitality space. From multi-national businesses, to start up companies with big ideas, this team truly understands how to get people talking about brands, with a clever mix of creativity, tenacity, and in-depth industry knowledge.

Day-to-day responsibilities for the Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager:

  • Deliver quality media coverage for clients to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Sourcing opportunities for clients including coverage, partnerships, creative activations, press trips
  • Developing contacts with relevant media and influencer contacts
  • Drafting well-thought out and creative content for client's owned channels
  • Drafting press assets on behalf of clients
  • Sharing ideas with the wider team and regularly showcasing wins
  • Working collaboratively with the client team, providing specialist insights and advice

The ideal Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager:

  • Working at Senior Account Executive OR Junior Account Manager level
  • Has in-depth understanding of the travel and hospitality sector (luxury hotels, villas, cruise would be advantageous)
  • Is confident working autonomously and is proactive in their approach
  • Has demonstrable experience placing tier one media coverage in publications with dedicated travel slots and knows key writers
  • Is happy to get stuck in and support on administrative side of press office with no ego

What the Senior Account Executive/ Junior Account Manager gets in return:

  • Salary of between £30-34k
  • Hybrid working structure (2-3 days in the office)
