Along with a generous benefits package, you’ll be enabled to flourish in a supportive and collaborative work environment, where you will be respected, valued and celebrated for your achievements. You will work with senior-level members of staff and influential stakeholders to help raise awareness of the organisation’s charitable status and what people can do to support them, as well as creating a two-way communication flow around key activities and important changes that the organisation is making.

The Role

As the Stakeholder and Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading communication on a wide range of issues and announcements to external stakeholders and internal staff.

Liaising with, and updating, our client’s existing stakeholders, you will lead on organising stakeholder events, engagement activity and meetings, ensuring that all communications are delivered consistently and in line with their newly launched brand.

Working closely with the HR team, you will also manage internal communications and develop a new internal communications strategy.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop new stakeholder relationships
- Update and deliver their stakeholder engagement strategy
- Act as the first point of contact for their stakeholders
- Identify new stakeholder groups and devise bespoke methods to communicate with them
- Create scripts, presentations and speeches for the CEO and Directors to deliver at events

- Experience of working with a wide range of influential internal and external stakeholders at a high level
- Experience and an understanding of the importance of tailoring messages to specific audiences, using a range of channels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to advise on, analyse and support the implementation of feedback mechanisms
- An adaptable and confident approach
- Excellent prioritisation skills

Experience of partnership working in both the public and charity or private sectors in a high-profile environment that caters for many different customers would be beneficial to your application. Social media and digital experience would also be advantageous, as would experience working at, and organising, receptions and events. The ability to deliver internal communications across a wide range of channels would also be desirable.

The closing date for applications is Sunday 19th December 2021.
