Key requirements include:

• Ideally someone with investment/asset management experience, although doesn't need to be a purist in that space. Someone who is incredibly proactive and can take stuff and push it through. Proven experience in financial services or financial technology or technology with recent PR consultancy experience at this level. Ideal level of experience 2-3 years from graduation but this is just a guideline.
