It’s all about a team of bright, creative minds giving people an experience they're not going to forget.
It is looking to bring in a new Head of Strategy to lead the growth and development of the people and practice across the agency, along with the practice’s seamless integration with other disciplines.
You will oversee all strategic output for new and existing clients, making sure insight - both quantitative and qualitative - is at the heart of everything the agency does. As the driver and gatekeeper of all strategic output leaving the building you will have ultimate responsibility for crafting and delivering innovative and thoughtful strategic solutions to complex brand and communications challenges on behalf of existing and potential clients.
This is a particularly lean agency at the senior levels, meaning you will work directly into the CEO and be right in there where the business decisions are being made.
