About the Account Director role:
In a nutshell, this Account Director role will steer the team to deliver excellent results, acting as the client and account lead. Your main focus will be on meeting and exceeding KPIs and nurturing relationships with clients as a trusted senior-level consultant. You'll have both strategic oversight of all your accounts, as well as an in-depth understanding of all media tactics (traditional, social and digital) and how to employ them to suit client objectives.

Must come from a consumer agency background or have some consumer comms agency experience Must have demonstrable experience delivering onnational campaigns Should be a strategic thinker who is comfortable being hands onShould be commercially mindedwith experience growing accounts & winning new business SHOULD have experience leading a teamand nurturing junior talentCould be a Senior Account Manager looking for a step up
What the Account Director will get in return:
