JFL are working with a creative, strategic communications agency founded in 2017. Having worked together for over 15 years, the founders set out to build an agency that provides quality advice and top-class execution.

 Long-term client relationships, founded on quality work and collaboration, are at the agency’s heart. From day one, the agency has attracted blue-chip clients to smaller entrepreneurial start-ups across the technology, energy, travel and education sectors among others. 

 The agency combines the best of the large agency networks in terms of global thinking and access to specialists and experts, with the client focus and commitment that often characterises smaller agencies.

The team has extensive international experience and works with partner agencies in other markets as needed to fulfil client requirements. They are increasingly working with large, blue-chip clients to build out their ESG communications. They are increasingly seeing this as an area of growth and interest and will be looking to develop a service offering in this area.

Due to growth, they are now seeking an AM/SAM or AD to join their impressive team!

Key skills required:

  • demonstrate excellence at performing day-to-day role e.g. ability to deliver a smooth running PR programme for the client.
  • demonstrate ability to think strategically and showcasing regularly the ability to provide counsel to clients 
  • managing teams effectively to generate high volumes of media coverage - demonstrating excellent knowledge of journalists, publications, influencers and encourage same in junior team members 
  • regularly presenting and developing plans and proposals for clients and new business
  • be able to successfully multi-task and not drop the ball 
  • have shown excellent commercial understanding and interest – e.g. in financial management of accounts and agency economics 
  • maintaining and growing personal client contacts, in conjunction with senior team members, starting to identify new business opportunities
  • maintain first class administration on all client accounts
