Our client is looking for an accomplished Marketing & Communications Manager to join them at a pivotal time for the company. They believe that creating innovative, user-led digital solutions can improve the lives of both users and the organisations who serve them. You’ll draw on the expertise of your colleagues across research, design, and engineering to implement and improve a marketing and communications strategy to help them reach and support more clients in solving some of the most challenging problems and helping to improve people’s lives.

About the role:
As the main driver of the company's marketing and communications efforts for consultancy, you’ll be responsible for:
Maintaining and evolving the drumbeat of their regular comms activities, from daily social media posts to the monthly round-up;
Designing and developing creative communication and marketing products – presentations, blog posts, social media campaigns, etc. – in line with the company's content calendar, that will maximise their reach and support their objectives;
Refreshing and updating any relevant supporting tools and documents in line with the company strategy and roadmap, including the content calendar and mailing list;
Identify and facilitate speaking opportunities, enabling the company to showcase its wonderful work and supporting the whole team to get their messages heard in the digital community;
Planning and implementing direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalisation of messages and measurability; data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation;
Monitoring and facilitating responses to the company mailbox whilst understanding where their communications and marketing efforts need to be iterated in order to provide better information;
Reporting on and analysing all aspects of communications and marketing, and ensuring effective evaluation mechanisms are in place to measure success;
Ensuring the brand meets expectations through monitoring marketing trends and user and partner feedback.
