I am currently working on an exciting opportunity for my client who is looking for an enthusiastic and organized PR Associate Producer in their office in the Netherlands!

My client is an international and full-service PR and communication consultancy, and assists their clients in building a strong brand reputation and supports them with online and offline communication at both brand and product level. With offices worldwide, there are lots of travel opportunities and the successful candidate will be working directly with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and EMEA when necessary.



  • Act as the primary point of contact for new design briefings
  • Responsible for assigning work to the relevant people in the studio
  • Monitor and plan studio projects, time sheets for the creatives, and ensure that project hours spent remain within budget
  • Create and monitor quotes for the studio covering the required hours and costs of third parties
  • Communicate clearly between all stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations on feasibility, budgets, delivery times and resources in collaboration with clients and account teams
  • Manage the client's expectations regarding the delivery of design assignments, always striving for excellent customer service
  • Respond quickly and adequately to ad hoc requests from clients and colleagues and keep the teams constantly informed of the progress of projects


  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a good understanding of agency and account processes. Agency and design experience is a strong advantage
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English and you can effortlessly provide Dutch-speaking and English-speaking colleagues with advice
  • Possess a good understanding of design assignments and integrated PR campaigns and which creative resources are needed to carry out the assignment
  • Proven experience in negotiation and not afraid to push back when needed, whilst always enthusiastic, solution oriented and friendly
  • You are both proactive and reactive, ensuring that the people and resources are there to handle incoming work, both planned and unforeseen
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key. You are a multi-tasker and can handle constant requests and changes
  • You have the ability to prioritize and work under pressure and are able to oversee multiple projects at the same time
  • You have experience in managing producers, casting agencies and other third parties, and you have an extensive network that enables you to negotiate with and hire the right parties
  • You understand the technical processes involved in video production, including camera, lighting, sound and editing
  • You know how to obtain necessary permits for a production and how to comply with regulations when shooting on different locations
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience with video techniques such as 3D animation and audio design is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of developments and trends in design, media and digital
  • Flexible to travel (mainly in Europe) for shoots
  • In possession of driving license B
