Seeking a senior investor relations specialist to advise listed and private companies on traditional investor communications, transactions, restructurings, capital raisings, M&As, IPOs and special crisis situations. Working with UK and international companies, of all sizes, across all sectors of the market. Looking for a director who can join the team to help support the growth of the business. Need someone with experience and extensive investor relations contacts in the UK market, who could act as a bolt-on to their existing team.
The selected candidate will hold the ultimate responsibility for the provision of excellent client service and securing new business in investor communications.
